All clients requesting a custom group package will have a designated group leader and will pay a $50 Plan-to-Go fee and submit a completed “Plan to go” Form to begin the planning process. Once trip is finalized the $50 will be credited to the FINAL payment of the group leader, if trip is not utilized by client he/she will forfeit the fee.

All clients will render a minimum $50 deposit (unless duly noted by travel advisor) and completed registration form for all new reservations.

After rendering first deposit, payments should be made monthly to avoid cancellation of your booking for abandonment of reservation and all previous payments will be forfeited.

 If you feel that you will not be able to make a monthly payment please contact us immediately so arrangements can be made, if possible, and to prevent reservation cancellation.

Please note that it is YOUR responsibility to stay in contact with your travel mate and to ensure that he/she is making timely payments. Reservations can be cancelled if travel mates neglect their financial responsibilities and you will then be left with the following options:

-find another roommate

-travel alone and render the revised rate

-cancel your reservation

(these conditions will be enforced and used at the discretion of the travel advisor)

Written notification of cancellation from the traveler via email to info@blackbijouxtravel.com is required upon cancellation of any and all reservations. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Refunds shall not be given for unused travel services or any portion thereof.

Client/traveler agrees not to charge back any bank charges against his/her credit card for products and services rendered by Black Bijoux Travel and/or received by event hosts (i.e. PayPal, Eventbrite). Black Bijoux Travel reserves the right to apply a $25 charge for a disputed charge back resolved in favor of Black Bijoux Travel, to cover bank fees and/or charge back fees incurred.

Roommate account summaries can be provided upon request.

 

All payments to BLACK BIJOUX TRAVEL are non-refundable and non-transferable.

We have contractual agreements with vendors, which allow us to provide YOU, the consumer, low pricing, and payment deadlines are set to ensure that these contracts are adhered to and your monthly payment plans are in place for affordable travel.

ALL payment date/deadlines are listed on the event page-though reminders will be sent out to all clients at the discretion of the travel advisor, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure timely payments are rendered on or before the payment deadlines.

Late payments will be assessed a $50 late fee and must be approved.

There are NO EXTENSIONS ON FINAL PAYMENT DEADLINES!!! If final payment is late the reservation will be cancelled and all previous payments are forfeited.

Black Bijoux Travel shall not be liable for any personal injury, lost or damaged property, direct or indirect, sustained as a result of theft, accident, mechanical breakdown, Government action (Deployment), weather, act of God, failure to make timely payments, or any other reason beyond our control. Nor is Black Bijoux Travel liable for inconvenience, loss of time, or any other loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising out of any act, omission or negligence of any direct air carrier, motor coach company, hotel or any other person rendering any service or providing any accommodation or event in conjunction with the travel package.
